Born in Carutapera and raised in Fortaleza, Brazil, Talita Alencar has been redefining what it means to be a fighter from the moment she first stepped onto the mats. Known for her adaptability and grit, she’s mastered the art of unpredictability—both as a competitor and as a coach. She now passes that lesson on through her women’s self-defense courses, empowering women to be unshakable and always one move ahead.

Her passion for teaching extends into self-defense training for women and BJJ instruction, where she translates her fighting philosophy into practical tools for real-life safety and empowerment.
